Important Dates in the LCSRA for Fall 2008

Season Dates:

· High School: Four Jamborees on Thursday, August 28th ; regular season games begin Tuesday, September 2^nd

· KIDSPORTS: Jamboree on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (September 5-7); regular season games begin Saturday, September 15^th, through 10/21; post-season tournament on 10/24,25 and 11/1,2

· City League: Season begins Sunday 9/7 through Wednesday, 11/12; Games played on Sunday through Wednesday evenings on artificial turf fields

· After state Finals

Tuesday August 26, 2008

• Second opportunity to take MANDATORY physical (6:30 am at Churchill HS turf field).
• Chance to take high school test.

Sunday September 14, 2008

• Membership meeting at Churchill HS (1850 Bailey Hill Rd), Room J-9, at 6:30 pm.

· Special Guest: Janet Whitty, City of Eugene Athletics (Review of City League Rules/Policies)

• High School packets distributed.
• High school written test given. (Last chance)
